Before law school, Patrick volunteered with the Innocence Project and Wrongful Convictions Clinic at Duke University School of Law. He also joined medical missions to a remote village in the Dominican Republic, serving as a translator for Spanish- and French-Creole-speaking patients and U.S. volunteer medical teams. These experiences fueled his passion for civil rights and access to justice for underserved communities.
In 2012, Patrick attended New England Law | Boston on the prestigious Justice Sandra Day O’Connor Full Tuition Merit Scholarship. While there, he clerked at a boutique litigation firm handling legal malpractice and class actions across states and federal courts. He also interned at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Office of General Counsel and a global law firm's private client group.
In 2015, Patrick earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, and was admitted to the Massachusetts bar. His early career involved over 200 real estate closings for luxury high-rise condominiums in Massachusetts. Since founding Daubert Law PLLC, he has represented hundreds of clients in diverse matters, from district court criminal defense to employment discrimination in superior and federal courts, including appeals in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
Patrick is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for Massachusetts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and—as of 2025—North Carolina.
