Prior to attending law school, Patrick volunteered for the Innocence Project and Wrongful Convictions Clinic at Duke University School of Law. He also volunteered on several medical missions to a remote mountain village in the Dominican Republic where he served as a translator between the local, Spanish and occasionally French-creole speaking patient population and the group of volunteer doctors, dentists, pharmacists, nurses and support staff from across the U.S.

While studying law in Boston, he gained valuable experience as a law clerk in a boutique litigation firm pursuing legal malpractice and class action claims across several states and in federal court. He also clerked for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Office of General Counsel and was a legal intern for the private client group of a globally recognized law firm.

His first employ as an attorney provided a quick study of Massachusetts real estate conveyancing when he performed over 200 closings of downtown luxury high-rise condominiums. Since then, he established his own firm and has represented hundreds of clients in a variety of settings, from criminal defense in district court to employment discrimination litigation in superior and federal courts, including the Court of Appeals for the First Circuit .
In addition to the Massachusetts bar, Patrick is a member of the bar in the U.S. District Court for Massachusetts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
Patrick lives on Cape Cod with his wife, son, and their two dogs.
